KKS measuring devices
The measuring technology for your cathodic corrosion protection requires an extensive range of measuring devices for the various areas of application.
In addition, there are high demands on the quality and measuring accuracy of the individual measuring instruments.

We offer you state-of-the-art measurement technology with corresponding remote software so that you can subject your system to seamless monitoring.
In a KKS system, the protective current device is the central unit. We offer you an intelligent solution with our “CorroControl2” system, which we developed ourselves and always keeps up to date with the latest measurement technology. We are able to feed your data to any connection (via mobile radio, satellite or cable connection) through existing transmission systems or those provided by us.

This makes it possible to monitor the KKS system from a distance and intervene remotely.
We offer you complete data processing so that you can monitor your KKS systems live worldwide and at any time. Use either a GCP server solution or a remote transfer to a computer on your premises.
GCP provides an app for smartphones and tablets for the rough monitoring and possible timing of individual protection systems, which eliminates the need to travel to the protection system.
In order to keep the monitoring of the KKS system more closely meshed, we offer you an integration into existing or self-sufficient transmission systems for selected measuring points.
However, this remote monitoring is not a fundamental exclusion of on-site service intervals. However, it extends the inspection intervals from one year to up to 5 years, depending on regulations and requirements.
The in-house GCP remote monitor control system is fully capable of doing this live.
There is also an encrypted online transfer to a central database. This system is used on all GCP protective devices.
KKS Software
GCP provides diverse and extensive special software solutions for the various areas of responsibility.
For example, you receive data management software for the clear presentation of data from remote monitoring, recording and transmission software for the individual measuring devices and special software for calculating individual measuring procedures.

Your live transmitted data is processed centrally, displayed graphically and stored long-term.
As many of our customers use the WinTrans software to monitor their KKS systems, we have developed an interface in coöperation with the software manufacturer that enables them to view and manage the GCP measurement data directly via the WinTrans system. This saves you the effort of having to use and monitor two systems.
